at this court it appeared that Robt Potter who held freely by deed and an annual rent of 12d etc 3r of land in a certain meadow called Harris Meadow in Colne Engaine lately died so seised and that Robt Potter is his son and next heir and upon this there is a relief due to the lord of 12d which was not paid and precept to the bailiff to distrain
