and after it appeared that the said Sam Aylett on 24.4.1705 surrendered by the hands of Solomon Grimston instead of the bailiff in the presence of Sam Christmas and Sam Burton the said premises and all his interest in the same to the use of Jn Morley gentleman his heirs and assigns who by Nich Marrett his attorney etc was admitted etc and gave fine and fealty respited
