whereas at a court here held 24.7.1650 Margt Aylett widow was admitted for the term of her life the remainder to Thos Aylett her son to a certain meadow anciently called Hipford Mead and now Round Mead lying in Halstead and Sible Heddingham now at this court it appeared that the said Thos Aylett died before this and the said Margt lately died so seised and that Sam Aylett is son and heir of the said Thos who by Solomon Grimston gentleman his attorney was admitted etc and gave fine etc
