at a court held 22.4.1697 Mary Godwin after wife of Jn Thompson gentleman was admitted to herself and the heirs of her body legitimately procreated to half of a croft of land with a garden enclosed called Malloryes upon which croft a messuage has been sometime erected and also to half of two other crofts of land containing 5a and two crofts of land once one lying next to Sandhills containing 4a and another late parcel of Millsfenn with appurtenances which half is held by the annual rent of 8s10d1h and at a court held 21.3.1700 the said Mary Godwin was admitted to herself and the heirs of her body to the other half of the said premises and at the last court held 29.3.1716 it appeared that the said Mary Thompson died after the last court so seised and that Ann Thompson and Mary Thompson are daughters and coheirs of the body of the said Mary their mother upon which proclamation was made now at this court came the said Ann Thompson and Mary Thompson daughters by the said Jn Thompson their father and their attorney in this part and they were admitted to hold to them and their heirs etc and gave fine etc but fealty respited and after the said Jn Thompson was admitted guardian etc
