at a court held 18.4.1713 Joseph Fletcher was admitted to one parcel of land called Lovelands alias Loveneys containing 10a more or less in Earls Colne and at the last court it appeared that the said Joseph died after the last court and that Benj Fletcher his eldest brother is next heir upon which proclamation was made now at this court came the said Benj Fletcher by Jn Leppingwell his attorney in this part and was admitted etc and gave fine but fealty was respited
