and immediately after his admittance the said Jn Newton surrendered the said messuage and lands called Sandhills with appurtenances and the said 3p of waste with a cart lodge built on it and also all the lands called Bomes alias Bomefields with the messuages and buildings thereon built to the uses following viz to the use of the said Jn Newton and his assigns for the term of his life and after his death to the use of Alice his wife for the term of her life and after her death to the use of the right heirs of the said Jn forever upon which the said Jn in person and the said Alice by the said Jn her husband were admitted etc and gave fine
