at court here held 25.7.1721 Jonathan Negus of Poplar Middx mariner was admitted to all that close of land or pasture containing 8a called Lychards also to a parcel of land called Glasiers containing 2a which premises are situate in Earls Colne within the manor aforesaid late lands and tenements of Rose Abbutt in the tenure of Crabb widow now at this court it appeared that the said Jonathan died about the last court so seised and that Rachel Nelly wife of Francis Nelly of Poplar mariner is the only daughter and heir of the said Jonathan who came by Argor Negus junior her attorney and was admitted etc and gave fine
