at the last general court it appeared that Edw Johnson died seised of lands called Thredgolds Ballards Blowbarns and Irons held by copy and that proclamation was made now at this court came Jn Tyler and showed a deed indented by the said Edw Johnson dated limiting the premises as follows viz to the use of Jn Tyler and his assigns for and during the term of his natural life and from and immediately after his decease then to the use of Rebecca Clarke his intended wife and her assigns for and during the term of her natural life and from and after the decease of the survivor of them the said Jn Tyler and Rebecca Clarke then in case the said Jn Tyler shall survive the said Rebecca Clarke his intended wife to the use of the first born of the body of the said Rebecca by the said Jn Tyler to be begotten and the heirs of the body of such first son lawfully issuing and for default of such issue then to the second son of the body of the said Rebecca by the said Jn Tyler to be begotten etc and for default of such issue to the use of the third fourth fifth and all and every son and sons of the body of the said Rebecca by the said Jn Tyler to be begotten severally and successively and in remainder one after another as they and every of them shall be in seniority of age and priority of birth and of the several and respective heirs of the body and bodies of all and every such son and sons issuing the elder of the same sons and the heirs of his body issuing being always preferred before the younger of the same sons and the heirs of his body and for want of such issue then to the use and behoof of all and every daughter and daughters of the said Rebecca by the said Jn Tyler lawfully begotten and the several respective heirs of the body and bodies of such daughter and daughters lawfully issuing and for default of such issue etc then to the use of the survivors and survivor of the same daughters and the heirs of the body and bodies of the same survivor and survivors issuing and for want of such issue then to the use of Geo Clark and his heirs and assigns forever and the said Jn Tyler was admitted etc and gave fine etc
