at this court it appeared that Robt Harris 19.4.1723 surrendered by the hands of the steward all that customary land called Thredgolds Fenn with a meadow and appurtenances and all his customary lands and tenements to which the said Robt was admitted at the last general court by the surrender of Jn Owers and Grace his wife to the use of the said Robt for life and after his death to the use of Grace Harris a daughter of the said Robt and her heirs forever
