at this court it appeared that 3.3.last Jn Mullins junior eldest son and heir of Sare Mullins deceased late wife of Jn Mullins deceased surrendered by the hands of Solomon Grimston deputy steward all that customary messuage or tenement with appurtenances in Earls Colne in the street called Hold Street then in the tenure of Jn Campion and Rose Maysent widow or their assigns to the use of Thos Sewell of Earls Colne gentleman upon which the said Thos was admitted etc and gave fine etc
