also at this court it appeared that Jn Bullock junior died about the last court seised of a close of land containing 3a with a barn built on it late of Dan Rogers and that Kath Eliz and Mary Bullock are daughters and coheirs of the said Jn upon which they by Kath (torn) their attorney were admitted to hold in coparcenary and gave fine etc and because the said Kath Eliz and Mary are within age therefore Cath Bullock their mother was admitted as their guardian
