at this court it was found that on 10.2.1730 Thos Mortimer esq and Ann his wife late Ann Alderton spinster surrendered by the hands of Solomon Grimston deputy steward the said Ann solely examined and consenting all that customary messuage or tenement and eight parcels of land meadow and pasture called Loshes and Foulmead containing 30a lying in White Colne to the use of the will of the said Ann only and in the mean time to the use of the said Ann and her heirs forever
