also it appeared that 12.11.1728 Mark Algar surrendered by the hands of Hen (torn) and Jn Pratt all his messuage or tenement called Gurnies and certain lands belonging called Gurnies Fenn and Millfield situate in Hedingham Sible and Castle Hedingham to the use of Robt Tiffen of Heddingham Castle yeoman on condition that if the said Mark or heirs etc pay to the said Robt or executors etc the sum of 210li upon 12.11.1729 then the surrender void
