also at this court it appeared that Edw Finch about the last court died seised of 1a2r of land parcel of Millfield with a tenement and barn thereon built and that Joseph Finch is his only son and heir upon which the said Joseph by Abraham Carter his attorney was admitted etc and gave fine etc and because the said Joseph is an infant aged 17yrs therefore Abraham Carter aforesaid was admitted as his guardian etc
