at a court held Eliz Ellis wife of Sam Ellis was admitted to a third part the whole into three parts divided of a messuage or tenement and lands belonging called Eight Acres situate in Earls Colne now at this court it appeared that the said Eliz died before the last court so seised and that Benj Ellis is her only son and heir who present in court was admitted etc and gave fine etc
