at a court held 20.4.1702 Eliz Stebbing spinster was admitted to the other third part of the aforesaid premises viz one messuage and one barn with appurtenances and four crofts of land in Earls Colne called Seven Acres containing 6a2r and also to another croft of land then and now in the occupation of Jonathan Goslin now at this court it appeared that on 2.8.1729 the said Eliz came before the deputy steward and surrendered the third part of the premises to the use of the said Jn Cooke of Earls Colne who was admitted to all the three parts surrendered by Benj Ellis Wm Cressall and Eliz Stebbing etc and gave fine etc
