whereas at the last general court it was found that Wm Carrington died seised of 1a of land with appurtenances near the pound parcel of Higgens and because none came therefore first proclamation etc now at this court came Thos Carrington only son of Thos Carrington deceased and craveth admittance as nephew and next heir of the said Wm Carrington deceased to whom seisin granted etc and he gave fine etc
