at this court presented that on 7.5.1735 Jn Percivall of London gentleman by virtue of a letter of attorney under the hand and seal of Eliz Clifford widow dated 30.4.1735 did surrender by the hands of Solomon Grimston deputy steward all and singular customary lands etc to the use of her last will
