at this court found that on 20.4.1737 Jn Tyler and Sarah his wife surrendered by the hands of Solomon Grimston deputy steward the said Sarah solely examined and consenting all those several pieces or parcels of copyhold land and pasture called by the several names of The Barnfields Thredgolds Blowbarns Ballards and Irons containing 7a with the barn and appurtenances thereunto belonging situate in Earls Colne to the use of Jn Hudson of Colne Engaine yeoman and the said Jn was admitted etc and gave fine etc
