and afterwards the said Wm Willis otherwise Willess did surrender the said messuage and lands to the use of himself for life and after his death to the use of Mary his wife for her life and after the death of the survivor to the use of the right heirs of the said Wm forever and they present in court were admitted and gave fine etc
