whereas Jn Fletcher son and heir of Jn Fletcher deceased late a customary tenant did on 18.7.1712 surrender all his copyhold lands and tenements to the use of his last will as found by the homage at a court held 28.4.1713 and by his last will did devise after the death of Martha his wife since deceased all that his messuage or tenement with the barn outhouses yards and gardens with appurtenances situate and being in Earls Colne then in the several occupations of himself Jn Hutchinson and Dan King unto his son Math Fletcher and his heirs etc now came the said Math and was admitted to all that parcel of land sometime called Ballards Garden with the buildings thereon erected unto which garden Jn Fletcher his grandfather was admitted at a court here held 24.7.1678 and he gave fine etc
