at this court found that since the last court Thos Carrington died seised of 1a of land more or less with appurtenances lying near the pound being parcel of Higgens and held of this manor by copy and that Thos Carrington an infant aged 4yrs is his only son and heir whereupon came the said Thos by Jane Carrington his mother as his attorney and was admitted to hold by the annual rent of 1s9d and gave fine etc
