whereas at a court held 9.4.1725 Jn Pratt was admitted for life with remainder to Eliz the wife of Wm Clarke and Judith Pratt and the heirs of the said Eliz and Judith as tenants in common and not as joint tenants to a cottage or tenement with 7a of land called Thredgolds Fenn with the appurtenances now at this court found that the said Judith Pratt died so seised of one undivided half part of the premises and that the said Eliz Clark is her only sister and next heir who was admitted to the said half part of the premises and she gave fine etc and immediately after came the said Jn Pratt Wm Clark and Eliz his wife the said Eliz first solely examined and consenting and surrendered the said cottage or tenement with 7a of land called Thredgolds Fenn with appurtenances and all their customary lands held of the manor and the reversions etc and all their rights titles etc to the use of Jn Harvey of Colne Engaine gardener his heirs and assigns forever who was admitted etc and gave fine and did fealty
