at this court came Thos Keable junior nephew and next heir of Wm Brewer deceased by Alex Keable his uncle and attorney and was admitted to a toft with an orchard adjoining with six closes of land containing 10a whereof the said Wm Brewer died seised to hold by the yearly rent of 4s1d and gave fine but fealty respited
