whereas at a court holden 1.4.1706 Jn Littell gentleman was admitted to a croft of land with a messuage thereupon built containing 1a between a tenement called Prucknetts and a lane called Cross Lane and at the same court surrendered the premises to the use of his will and whereas at the last court it was found that Jn Littell since the last court died seised whereupon first proclamation was made now at this court came Susanna Littell widow of Jn Little by Rich Dutton her attorney and brought into court the last will of the said Jn Littell bearing date 22.7.1734 the tenor whereof concerning the premises in the following words item I give and bequeath unto Susan Littell my dear and loving wife and to her heirs forever all my manors messuages lands tenements and hereditaments as in and by the last will etc whereupon the said Susanna was admitted etc and gave fine etc
