at this court testified by the said deputy steward and found by the homage that on 19.5.last Jn Bell and Thomasine his wife late Thomasine Toller spinster the said Thomasine first solely examined and consenting did surrender all and singular their customary messuages whatsoever to the use of such persons and estates as the said Thomasine in and by her last will with or without the consent of her husband shall declare etc and in default of such appointment to the use of the said Jn Bell for the term of his life and after his decease to the right heirs of the said Thomasine forever
