at this court cometh Rich Fisher senior customary tenant of the said manor and surrendered by the rod etc all that his messuage or tenement with the yards gardens and appurtenances thereto belonging parcel of Garlands situate in Earls Colne to the use of Rich Wale of Earls Colne gentleman to the intent that a recovery may be had of the premises and the said Rich was admitted accordingly whereupon came Thos Stead and demanded against the said Rich Wale the said messuage and premises by the name of one tenement one yard and one garden with appurtenances in Earls Colne etc and Rich Wale defended his right and brought to warrant Rich Fisher senior and Rich Fisher senior brought to warrant Rich Fisher junior and Rich Fisher junior brought to warrant Wm Catlin and Thos Stead recovered against the said Wm and Jn Burles officer of the court as bailiff delivered seisin to him etc and afterwards the said Rich Wale Rich Fisher senior and Rich Fisher junior surrendered all their estate to the said Thos and after the said Thos by the direction of the said Rich Fisher senior and Rich Fisher junior surrendered the premises to the use of Jas Robinson of Earls Colne gentleman and he was admitted etc to hold to him and his heirs by the annual rent of 1s1d and he gave fine etc
