at this court found that on 30.1.last Geo Angier of Melford Suffolk surgeon surrendered by the hands of Solomon Grimston gentleman deputy steward of the said manor all that messuage or tenement called Perryes with the yards gardens and appurtenances thereunto belonging situate on Colnford Hill in Earls Colne sometime in the tenures of occupations of Solomon Carter and Jn Springett and one part thereof then in the tenure of the said Solomon Carter and the other part thereof empty to the only use of Jn Johnson of White Colne husbandman whereupon he was admitted etc to hold by the annual rent of 6d etc and he gave fine etc
