also found that Joseph Finch of Hedingham Sible yeoman on 30.4.last surrendered by the hands of Edw Hall instead of the bailiff in the presence of Thos Sewell and Jn Hatch gents 1a2r of land parcel of Millfield with a tenement and barn thereon built situate lying and being in Hedingham Sible aforesaid and Great Maplestead or one of them now in the tenure or occupation of Jn Firman and the said Joseph Finch their assigns etc held by the yearly rent of 2s3d to which premises the said Joseph Finch was admitted at a court held 23.4.1731 to the use of Jn Medows junior of Hendley Hall in the parish of Hendley Suffolk gentleman and his heirs forever on condition that if the said Joseph Finch his heirs executors administrators etc pay to Jn Meadows his heirs etc the sum of 50li with lawful interest for the same on 29.9.next then the surrender void
