and to this court came Matilda wife of Robt Turnebull late wife of Nich More herself solely and secretly examined by the steward of the lord and surrendered into the hands of the lord one croft of land called Tredgolds Croft otherwise Glasiers with one parcel of land lying on the western edge of a certain croft of land called Brokhole on one part and lands of the Earl of Oxford called Dagnale on the other part and one parcel of land called Ynhams lying on the edge of Burwes containing by estimation 2a more of less so that the lord should regrant the aforesaid croft and parcel of land to Robt Turnebull her husband and to the aforesaid Matilda his wife and Margt More daughter of the said Matilda her heirs and assigns and the lord now at this court through his special grace granted the aforesaid croft and parcel of land with their appurtenances to the aforesaid Robt Turnebull and Matilda his wife and Margt More her heirs and assigns to whom there is free seisin by the rod to hold to the same said Robt and Matilda his wife and Margt More her heirs and assigns at the will of the lord according to the custom of the manor by making and returning the rents fines and customs thereunto belonging and accustomed and they gave to the lord for a fine and made fealty
