and it is shown by the homage that Wm Wayte was seised in his demesne as of fee according to the custom of the manor of and in one messuage with garden adjoining late of Nich Wryck lying next to The Vicarage of the aforesaid Colne and he died thereof seised in his demesne as of fee according to the custom of the manor and that Agnes Wayte is daughter and next heir and of full age who present in court sought admittance thereof for herself as her right and inheritance according to the custom of the manor and she was admitted thereof tenant to hold for herself and her heirs and assigns at the will of the lord according to the custom of the manor by making and returning the rents fines and customs thereunto belonging and by right accustomed and she gave to the lord for a fine and made fealty etc
