who held from the lord together with

now deceased to them their heirs and assigns viz to the use of
Robt Boner
himself four crofts of land with appurtenances called from ancient times
Symondes
with a certain other croft of land called
Ballardes Croft
sometime in the hands of
Rich Goolde
and in full court surrendered into the hands of the lord the aforesaid four crofts called
Symondes
with the aforesaid other croft of land called
Ballardes Croft
with all their appurtenances to the use of
Rich Boner
son and heir of the said
Robt Boner
and
Robt Beston
his heirs and assigns to the use of the said
Rich Boner
to whom the same said
Rich Boner
and
Robt Beston
the lord by his steward granted thereof seisin by the rod to have to them their heirs and assigns at the will of the lord according to the custom of the manor by making and returning the rents and services and customs thereunto belonging and accustomed saving the rights etc and they gave to the lord for a fine to have their entry thereunto as is shown in the margin and made fealty
