out of court and after the last court surrendered into the hands of the lord the aforesaid cottage with garden and their appurtenances as before mentioned by the hands of

tenant of the lord in the presence of the lord

prior and lord of the manor to the use of
Wm Lyngwod
her son his heirs and assigns to whom the same said

by the lord's steward there is free seisin thereof to hold to him and
Jn Mootham
their heirs and assigns from the lord by the rod at the will of the lord according to the custom of the manor by making and returning to the lord the rents and services and customs thereunto belonging and accustomed and they made fine and fealty
