there is free seisin to hold to them their heirs and assigns from the lord by the rod at the will of the lord according to the custom of the manor by returning thereof per annum 5s for the rent to be paid always at the usual terms for the manor in equal portions and to make suit of court and they made to the lord for a fine and fealty
