on the eastern part and containing in length on the said part 6rod and a half and on the western part lying between lands pertaining to the holy priory of Colne called

and containing on the said part 7rod and a half and abutting at the northern head upon a field called
St Mary Croft
and containing in breadth to the said head 5rod and a half with the land between there and at the southern head abutting upon the lord's street towards the cross and containing at the aforesaid head 3rod2ft to whom there is free seisin thereof to hold to him and
Agnes
his wife and
Wm Belde
their heirs and assigns by the rod at the will of the lord according to the custom of the manor by returning thereof the rents viz for the aforesaid garden called
Juddes
the sum of 8d and for the aforesaid well parcel of the said garden called
Pruddes
in the tenement called
Pruddes
3d to be paid at the usual terms for the manor in equal portions and suit of court and they gave for a fine as is shown in the margin and made fealty
