and surrendered into the hands of the lord one tenement or cottage with rentery and garden adjoining called
Ruffles
and a certain piece of land with a well in a certain parcel of
Barnewayes
containing by estimation 2r of land lying on the east part of the said cottage with a fence and ditch enclosing the same viz with the intention that the lord should thus regrant seisin thereof of the said tenement with rentery and the other premises pertaining to the aforesaid

himself from the lord by the rod at the will of the lord according to the custom of the manor etc and the lord by virtue of the said surrender thus seised in the said tenement and other premises with appurtenances at this same present court by his steward regranted out of his hands the aforesaid tenement and other premises with appurtenances to the aforesaid
