it is shown by the homage that Jn Parker senior out of court and after the last court being upon his death bed surrendered into the hands of the lord by the hands of Barth Chyrche bailiff in the presence of Hen Pulleyn and Jn Game tenants of the lord the same testifying two parcels of land called Prystland and Daggnall Hill containing by estimation 22a of land at least lying and being in the said Colne as by the metes and bounds etc to the use and behoof of Jn Parker his son his heirs and assigns who present in court came and sought admittance thereof and thus it was shown by the homage therefore he was admitted tenant thereof of the lord to whom by the steward the lord delivered thereof seisin to hold for himself his heirs and assigns from the lord by the rod at the will of the lord according to the custom of the manor etc and he gave to the lord his fine as is shown in the margin
