it is shown by the homage that Jn Parker senior out of court and after the last court surrendered into the hands of the lord by the hands of Barth Church bailiff of the lord in the presence of Hen Pulleyn Jn Game senior and Jn Leffyngwell senior and the same testifying two crofts of land with one croft lying next to Great Sandhyl containing by estimation 4a of land and the other croft of land is a parcel of Mylls Fen and lying between the said croft of land and the kings highway leading towards Tey as by the metes and bounds etc to the use and behoof of Nich Parker his son and the heirs of his body legitimately procreated and in default of such heirs the remainder thereof after his decease according to the intention and the form and effect of the said last will of the said Jn Parker deceased as is clearly shown in the said last will etc who present in court came and sought admittance thereof and thus it was shown by the homage therefore he was admitted thereof tenant of the lord to whom by the steward the lord delivered thereof seisin to hold for himself and the heirs of his body legitimately procreated and in default of such heirs the remainder thereof as stated above and he gave to the lord his fine as is shown in the margin
