it is shown by the homage that Jn Parker out of court and after the last court being upon his death bed surrendered into the hands of the lord by the hands of Barth Chyrche bailiff of the lord in the presence of Hen Pulleyn Jn Game senior and Jn Leffyngwell tenants of the lord and the same testifying one croft of land with a garden enclosed as by the metes and bounds etc to the use and behoof of Nich Parker his son and his heirs and assigns who present in court came and sought admittance thereof and thus it was shown by the homage therefore he was admitted thereof tenant of the lord to whom by the steward the lord delivered thereof seisin to hold for himself and his heirs from the lord by the rod at the will of the lord according to the custom of the manor etc and he gave to the lord his fine as is shown in the margin
