his wife and their assigns were admitted tenants of the lord to one garden called
Kings Garden
situated and lying in the said Colne by the surrender of
Eliz Veer
widow for and during a term of three years immediately after the death of the said
Eliz
should happen the remainder thereof after the said term of three years to a certain
Jn Veer
son of the said
Eliz
and the heirs of his body legitimately procreated and in default of such issue the remainder thereof after his decease to a certain
Dorothy Veer
daughter of the said
Eliz
and her heirs as in the said view with court it was clearly shown now to this court came the said
Jn Veer
by the said
Wm Carter
his attorney and sought admittance to the said garden by reason of the said remainder because the said term of three years has finished and because it is clearly shown by the court that the request of the said
Jn Veer
is right therefore he was admitted thereof tenant of the lord to whom by the steward the lord delivered thereof seisin into the hands of his said attorney to hold for himself and the heirs of his body legitimately procreated from the lord by the rod etc and in default of such heirs the remainder thereof as stated above etc and he gave to the lord his fine as is shown in the margin
