one head thereof abutting upon the lands of the lord of this manor called

and the other head thereof abutting upon a lane leading from the king's highway as far as
Smithfeild
as by the metes and bounds etc died after the last court and before his death he surrendered into the hands of the lord by the hands of
Rich Ennowes
one of the lord's tenants and in the presence of
Jn Culverton
and
Jn Cutler
similarly tenants of the lord and the same testifying the said croft of land with appurtenances to the use and behoof of
Margery
his wife and her heirs and assigns who by
Rich Ennowes
as her attorney came and sought admittance thereof and because thus it was shown by the homage therefore she was admitted thereof tenant of the lord to whom by the steward the lord delivered thereof seisin into the hands of her attorney to hold to the same
