on the other part and also one small parcel containing 2r of land situated against the king's highway next to and adjoining
Burtonfeld
lately in the tenure of
Agnes Wade
widow as etc to the use and behoof of
Jn Leffingwell
of Pedmarshe his heirs and assigns upon divers conditions and agreements agreed between them as by the indenture made between them it is clearly shown who the same said

present in court came and sought admittance thereof and he was admitted thereof tenant of the lord to whom by the steward the lord delivered thereof seisin to hold for himself and his assigns from the lord by the rod etc upon the conditions made in the writing and he gave to the lord etc
