and there is a precept to Nich Parker to remove the encroachment lately made upon the land of Jn Pennock called Le Haye lately land of the said Nich called Brodefeld with a dead wood hedge in length 10rod and to put it in the right place before the feast of michaelmas next following upon penalty of 6s8d
