Rich Ennows and Jn Ward admitted on the death and surrender of Jn Mallerye to one parcel of land called Irons and also to a parcel of land called Tredgolds and also to a parcel of land called Blowbarnes and also to a parcel of land called Ballards to hold to them towards the bringing up the children of the said Jn Mallerye until Rich Mallerye son of the said Jn shall reach the age of twenty one years
