19: a cheerful and comfortable morning: my wife at my Lady Honywoods helping her in attending her sick child , oh lord show favour unto it, for thy tender mercy sake. I went thither this afternoon, and found it very well, we returned thanks unto the name of god: it rained a very great shower(,) still the lord refuses to hear our prayers, and sends us a season, that does much threaten the creatures on the earth.
