Aug: 20. This week god continued good to us in our outward mercies, my little Ann , recovering from her illness daily(,) Jane is not thoroughly well, the lord I trust will restore her perfectly(.) heard of Brother Jeremy , and sent to him, the weather uncertain, yet much corn was gathered in, and I some for my part, the lord look into my spirit, I find many vanities ready to set on me, the lord reserve me on a peculiar possession for himself into whom I may daily grow.
