August: 5: God good to me in many mercies, for soul and body, the health, and reviving of my little ones, some days very cold, a hopeful entrance of harvest, we this day broke bread, and Brother Har. pressed us to remember Christ in heaven, the lord in mercy grant that we prove not antichristian indeed in turning aside from that principle, my heart was very dull and formal in this days work, lord be merciful to me, the work of a service takes me of much - from comfort in it, especially being so unfit for it, as I commonly am. I was very hoarse with my cold this day, yet through mercy I continued to preach and perform my work,
