December 27. a very sweet winter day, cold, but dry and calm, god good to me and to my relations, in outward mercies, and I trust in inward in drawing out our hearts to walk in his paths, and to delight our souls in him, it was in my desire to dismiss our young bride Mrs Eldred , (both having been bountiful to me and mine) with counsel and prayer, lord let it be blessed of thee unto them. if it be worth writing this tells that raisins of the sun were sold at 12.14.16.18d per pound
