10: Heard the wagon by which my sons Trunk and he were to go to London went not and so perhaps Tom is stayed, and other inconveniences might fall in, this morning I read 1. Kings. 2. and observed gods kindness to David, and Davids to Barrillas gods promise to his. is to me, I claim it, and here I quietly staid, god will turn all to good, and I shall see it, and bless him. I know god has kindness in store for me and mine for his own names sake, for his love is everlasting. this day spent in prayer at priory , wherein god drew out my heart and was very good and merciful to me.
