Aug. 21. Indifferent good harvest weather, praise to god, yet we got in but little, it being a strange scattering harvest. hard corn done and scarce any soft corn ripe but oats. a great fog. god good to us in our public peace and in his word, the lord in mercy accept me in his christ.
